What does it cost?

We offer a risk-free experience where payment is only required upon satisfaction.

During the first year we charge a quarterly fee of 9% of the first-year salary

No further costs occur from our side for this hire.

That means if a candidate is hired at a monthly salary of 1.000 EUR, their first year salary would be 12.000 EUR. This would result in four quarterly payments of 1.080 EUR each.

If you decide to stop working with your remote hire at any point of time, we won’t charge the remaining quarters or will provide an alternative candidate at no extra cost.

How do you guarantee qualified candidates?

Your new team member went through extensive assessment tests during our screening process. On top of that, you have the opportunity to run your own assessment. If the candidate still doesn’t fit your needs, we prvoide a free second recruitment round for the same position within 14 days.

Is my overseas hire a full time employee?

No, they are contractors but are fully integrated members of your team.

 

What hours is my overseas team member available?

Your overseas team member adjusts his working schedules to your needs and is available for 8 hours, 5 days a week.
